Our B&B offers 2 double rooms, 1 single room and 2 bathrooms: one with shower and the other with bath. All guests can enjoy, at request, of the outdoor shower with hot and cold water and can use the washing machine.

At request, you can brings your dogs with you.

Breakfast in included in the rates.

For stays of more than 6 days, you will be charged a 10% discount on spending. .

We change linen once a week.

In case of cancellation of confirmed reservation you will be charged a penalty:

• 30% of the price agreed for the reservation if it was notified 15 days prior to arrival;
• 40% of the price agreed for the reservation if it was notified 48 hours before arrival;
• 100% of the price agreed for the reservation if not communicated or disclosed in a period less than 48 hours of arrival.

TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival start from 16.30 to 20.00 (you have to write a fax or an email if you will arrive before or later the scheduled time). Check out at last at 10.30 (If you want to delay your time of departure, please communicate in advance).

A large parking lot is available to guests.
